Asparagus with my steaks nom nom nom

  2. ItsMRslash Avatar

Pretty much any vegetable. I’m currently sitting here eating belle peppers which were never even an option when I was a kid. I love cauliflower and roasted carrots and onions. There are very few things I won’t eat now.

  3. arowana_4701 Avatar

Olives had suddenly became a part of my diet ever since I accidentally left one on my pizza

  4. MongooseSafe8174 Avatar

Mushrooms, cauli, broccoli, onions and most of all garlic.

  5. Sufficient-Net9263 Avatar

  10. TheSluttySecretary Avatar

Spicy food. I can’t stand bland food now as an adult. Need a little kick in everything I eat.

  11. MsDevilDog Avatar

Sushi. I used to absolutely hate it because of the texture and taste, but now, I don’t know what it is. It’s like a pregnancy craving without the pregnancy. I just can’t stop wanting it.

  12. elyxor Avatar

Buckwheat. It’s now one of my go to work lunches when I’m tired of cooking. And actually it’s very nutritious

  13. One_Health469 Avatar

Mustard, salmon and onion rings (not together).

  14. RegisterOk2927 Avatar

    Brussel sprouts, gotta roast them!

  15. LeastFox8059 Avatar

I hated tomatoes. Dunno why, I love them now.

  16. MissionTaro5888 Avatar

Okay don’t come at me, I have autism and certain food textures mess with my brain… Burgers or anything ground beef related. Used to absolutely HATE anything that didn’t involve just chicken. Tried a burger one time at a job nearly 3 years ago, now it’s a craving. My fiancé made me try deer meat shortly after …god I’ve been missing out. Steaks still don’t sit right for me though🥴

  17. radaradish Avatar

potatoes, bananas, beans, pretty much any healthy mushy food

  18. Iamkracken Avatar

Tomatoes. During my first job as a cook, I started to envy people who would eat a tomato and genuinely experience joy from a good tomato. So I started to eat tomato slices every day when I was prepping tomatoes. For months, I was just eating these things and could not enjoy it for the life of me. Then, one day, it just hit me.

Now, I could not imagine burgers, salads, sandwiches, or many foods without them.

  19. butterbewbs Avatar

Cottage cheese. I’m 34 and just tried it for the first time like 2 years ago. Now I can’t stop eating it.

  20. DopeCharma Avatar

Tomatoes-what turned that switch for me was having garden grown ones. That fresh, slightly tart flavor and that they were bright red, not like those rock hard orange ones at the supermarket I had growing up. I grow em in my garden every year now and cant resist just plucking them off the vine some mornings.

  21. Inevitable_Berry_867 Avatar

Avocado and mustard. (Not together 😀)

  30. MarshmallowMusexu Avatar

Broccoli. It went from mini-trees of doom to glorious vitamin bushes.

  31. Shawon770 Avatar

I hated tomatoes as a kid because they were “too slimy.” Now, I can’t imagine pasta without that fresh tomato sauce. Funny how things change

  32. useraccount4stonedme Avatar

Pea soup. I can live without it, but when it was fed to me as a kid (only once TG), I don’t know how I didn’t vomit.

Now pea soup is freakin good.

  33. Tiny-Soup-2309 Avatar

Olives!! I hated them as a child/teen, but now I get random cravings for crunchy, briny olives. Yum.

  34. NumberCapital7000 Avatar

    Avocado, broccoli and cauliflower

  35. crystalcitrus Avatar

    ✨ bell peppers ✨

  36. Squeaky_sun Avatar

Salad. Spinach. Sushi, and fish in general. Chinese food. Mexican food. As a kid, I just wanted the most basic American or Italian fare. Still not a wildly adventurous palate tbh.

  37. CParksAct Avatar

    Salad dressing.

My incredibly picky eater kid self would not tolerate it anywhere near my food, but now I need it for my salad and appreciate it for dipping veggies.

Say what you will about Olive Garden’s salad dressing, but that’s what got me to try dressing. I have expanded my palate somewhat since then, but I’ll take a little OG drizzle once in a while.

  38. HelpImAwake Avatar

As a kid, I used to hate PBJ’s, apple pie and sour cream. Now it’s rarer I go without them. I keep forgetting I like PBJ’s now, though.

Fried baloney egg cheese sammiches with a fresh off the vine ripe mater on some fresh white bread. A little salt and pepper is amazing.

  55. BadNightmare_ Avatar

Ranch, green beans, Brussel sprouts, cucumber. Wasn’t really fond of most cheeses for some reason. And I hated fish.

Most of these I’m not fine with, now though. However there’s food I hated so much as a child I’ve never tried them a second time 😬

  56. janic4u Avatar

I used to gag when my mom would cook it and now I eat it almost every day
