Two comforters/blankets for a bed of two. For fucks sake, don’t let people to emotionally manipulate you into one cover for two. It does not mean you love your spouse/partner any less, it does not hinder cuddling or opportunities for sex. All it does, it makes two adults much more well rested, which means less stresses, less cranky, less annoyed. You are not conscious while you sleep and don’t control how you move and what you do. It’s HIGHLY unlikely you both just lay there, barely moving whole night, both sufficiently covered and comfortable. Good sleep it SO FUCKING IMPORTANT. Even if you’re only 5% less rested, why would you do that to yourself, why would you do that to the partner you love, as your mood affect them? That 5% each night, after decades can turn into real mental and health issues.
Many people do not wash their clothes before they donate them to thrift stores. If you don’t have a girlfriend, you can buy a whole bunch of cheap, second-hand clothes and shoes that smell like human females.

Sleep and exercise are the best things you can do for yourself. Set a bed time, set a wake up time, STICK TO IT. Exercise 45-60 minutes a few times a week – lift some weights, do some cardio. Move your body every day even if it’s just a 20 minute walk at lunch time.
