Seal. Its an app available on the f-droid store (idk if its on the google play store). It uses the link and you can download either the video or audio. I use it all the time and it works like a charm.
Edit: I just saw this is for iPhone. I’ll leave this here for the Android folks with the same question. I’m not sure if there’s an iPhone version for it.
