It’s always our fault, and it’s our responsibility to fix everything.

Men are disposable. Learning that-experiencing that-living that- floored me.

It’s never enough. No matter what you do and under what circumstances it’s never enough.

How lonely it is. That isolation is someting most of us encounter.

You got no one you can talk to about how you feel. Like really talk. Maybe a therapist, but who got money for that? Always get jealous of my wife when she can just go on and vent to her girlfriends about a relationship or whatever she might be struggling with. With us, you are on your own buddy

There seems to be a belief that adult men can fix any car, repair any household appliance, cannot experience deep emotions, that we are all perverts, and that we have to earn love

Apparently it’s my duty as a man to risk my physical wellbeing and life for strangers on the street.

Otherwise I’m not a “real man” and I’m the bad guy when I say I’m not obliged to protect strangers on the street and put myself in harms way or at risk of dying/sustaining a lifelong injury over it.

I’ll risk my life for my loved ones and friends but that’s it.

If you had parents that were supportive once they’re gone the knowledge that there’s no one left to turn to can hit hard. You are the person everyone looks to to be the rock 🪨 now. That realization can hit hard

Nothing you can do is good enough if she deems so, what you say, what you feel DO NOT MATTER.

Crazy double standards .. especially on the expression of feelings / emotions

How rare REAL friends are. Sure, I have a lot of friends, we are often out with our cars, visit the cinema etc… but I couldn‘t say that I have one „best“ friend, who I would trust with all I have… too many turned on me in the last 15 years. Maybe I‘m the problem, but it doesn‘t feel like I pushed them out of my live. I would really love to have that one friend you can count on.

Responsibilities and then once you are in a relationship with someone, that Responsibilities times 4. There’s always something.
