    Eating a little less and upped my water intake. I can see the difference in my face.

    Washing my face daily. It took a while for my skin to heal but now it’s much healthier and my acne scars are fading. Also, drinking two or three water bottles a day. It additionally helps with your skin but makes you healthier overall since you need water to live.

    Making an effort to cook at home. I don’t crave junk food as much anymore and I’m starting to enjoy cooking instead of it stressing me out like it used to.

    Putting my change into a stock ETF and when I go to make a compulsive purchase reconsidering and again putting it into the stock ETF. Totally changed my bad financial habits into good ones and for the first time now have savings

    Switched from yo yo dieting and having a binge/restrict relationship with food to OMAD and complete food freedom.

    Lost 35 lbs and redefined my relationship with food, allow myself some freedom and the odd brunch/snack day etc but never going back.

    having me time. I have to cut some time out of the day that is strictly for me, whether it is to work on a task that is important to me, or simply to have some alone time to think or even just binge watch a show and decompress. I have to have that me time or I’ll go crazy
