I don’t mean coming out fine but for least serious injuries.
Back first seems like a hard no if you want to keep your spine.
Stomach or side seems like your head would hit the floor really hard and you bone could break and pieces your heart/lungs.
Is it just feet first?

Feet first, bending legs and falling to the side while using arms to protect your head is what I remember hearing as the “best” way to fall from height that is high enough to cause significant injury.
Good question. I’d guess feet first too given I’ve seen TV progs of Parkour guys jumping down from large heights.
Most important parts are your torso and head. So protecting those it priority if you want to try and survive.
Feet first.
Missionary.
Landing in a crawling position.. Legs and arms not locked in 90 degree position and fully flexed with arms in front of your face to protect your face/head and chest from major trauma.
Landing on your legs may work if you can control your tumble but odds are that from that height you’re falling 70 to 90 degrees and would likely break your legs and ankles in a few places.
I fell off a roof and landed in the fetal position on my side. Lot of soft tissue damage but didn’t break anything.
It also helps to try to go as limp as possible, but that’s a hard thing to do when you think you’re about to die.
ETA: no matter how you fall, the key is not to fucking move after. If you’re able (like, not about to be hit by a car or something), stay still until the EMTs have you strapped onto a backboard.
If you curl up like a ball, you’ll just bounce when you hit the ground I think.
The best position is directly above a giant cushion.
