About a week ago. She was demonstrating an ugly personality and I told her based on personality alone there was no chance/match for us, not even as friends.
Possibly around this time last year. It was my coworker. I got to know her and honestlyā¦I never felt butterflies like that before.
I shot my shot and she said no. So, weāre friends now and we learned a lot of each about each other and honestlyā¦we been through the same type of pain and I just want to be there for her.
I feel so bad because we met over hinge and we had insane chemistry. We were up for hours each night talking. We spoke for like three weeks before our schedules aligned and we went out for dinner.
She was probably 100lbs heavier in person. Classic āno body picsā on her profile.
Unfortunately, that instantly killed it for me.
I felt bad, but I wasnāt going to string her along or try to change her.
We ended on good terms and wished each other the best, but damn she had a great personality.
Senior trip just after graduating high school, overweight girl and I was the only person who treated her like a human, but she was just a friend so I told her that I didn’t have feelings for her like that
An older lady came up to me at a bar and said she was in town for work, had a room at a fancy hotel, and said sheād give me a key if I wanted to come over later. She was pretty hammered as well.
Credit card was declined, but I screwed up and hit the wrong button, she didnāt want to donate the $1 extra to the World Wildlife Foundation⦠I always wonder what couldāve been
A girl I was seeing for a little bit started dating someone new. I guess she was dating me and another dude and ultimately decided to go exclusive with the other guy. She didnt do anything wrong because we were just going on casual dates and just getting to know eachother but still sucked hearing it lol. Anyways, a few months later, she started messaging me again all while still in the relationship and I purposely kept the conversation very dry and one sided or just didnt respond. She eventually broke up and wanted to hangout and after awhile, she just couldnāt take the hint so I ghosted. I couldāve been more straight forward but at 18 yrs old, I didnt know wtf I was doing. I did like her but just the fact that she was messaging me while dating the new dude kinda rubbed me the wrong way
Just now at Jimmy Johns. I was wating for my order and this girl in her 20s, probably 15 years younger than me, told me I have a nice watch. I was looking at my phone and intentionally ignored her. Then she sat in front of me and said “my name is Mary”. I told her “I have a girlfriend” loud enough for the staff to hear. She said “fuck you” and stormed off. I looked at the cashier and she was trying very hard to surpress a smile.Ā
A few years ago, I had to break up with someone after she told me she eventually wanted kids. I didn’t find that out until after 4 months of us dating. I clearly stated in my dating profile that I did not want kids. Meanwhile she didn’t mention her stance on kids in her profile, but I assumed that she read my profile and that we were on the same page since things lasted for that long.
I was weirded out by a coworker who would completely shift every conversation we would have into going out whether it be a bar or a walk in the woods. She’d been asking me since the first day we talked and I always showed disinterest. One day while I was working she approached me and said I was letting her down for not wanting to hang out outside of work despite me barely knowing her for two weeks and bearing no obligation. She realized I was bothered by her persistence and walked away for maybe two minutes, came back and told me she has a history of coming off too strong. I found this talk weird because I barely knew her so she owed me no explanation for being weird. She used “I really like talking to you” as an excuse to not hang with others but only me and she never called us going out a “date” so she tries to play it off as she was only trying to be friends.
Right before I moved i was talking to a coworker that I worked with for 18 months. She shot her shot a million times over that period and it never went anywhere. She was a solid 8/10 in looks but I just never felt like I knew her and some parts of her personality were just outright annoying. After she left the job we kept talking and we let our convos become “unhinged” and we got closer. I took her out a few times and learned she was just a boring person outside of work. The week before I moved I just stopped talking to her and found out by an insta suggestion she made sexual anime cosplay and self identified as a gooner. God I hate that word. But I dodged a bullet.
I can’t tell if my personality attracts terrible women or if I only notice the ones that throw themselves at me but to be fair, I’ve never attempted to be direct and ask a girl out.
The last girl I went on a date with. She clearly wanted me to go for more. I didn’t, I’m not interested in just sex, you can’t just have me because you throw yourself at me.
Had a married woman hit on me like crazy when she found out I was divorced. She would stop by my house at all hours of the night. She would drop off gifts, food, etc, it was really weird. I never flirted with her or anything.
She was very attractive, but I donāt mess with the ring. It became very stalkerish after that. I threatened to tell her husband to get her to stop. She said they had an arrangement with their marriage (but she did stop after that).

Years ago, first and last time happened
Totally monogamous – 36 years of marriage.. and in that time there have been multiple attempts which are always rejected.. often with witnesses…

Yesterday. You want to meet up out of the blue after how long?
Nope.
Months ago just stopped replying to her.

Dude. Almost every dayā¦
This morning. It usually happens at least a few times a week.

Never had to, because no girl has ever been intrested in the first place.Ā Ā
Im 43, BTW.Ā
