I’ve been pranked only twice in my life and both times by the same friend (very thrilling life ikš) first one was just her adding salt and lemon to my coffee. Nothing special or interesting although I should’ve seen it coming, since she so graciously offered to make me one at my own house which she had never done beforeš And also by the way she was giggling when she offered me the cup of coffee but I was too distracted gossiping with my other friends to even notice lol
Now the second one was a little more embarrassing: She had just gotten a new phone number and decided to impersonate a guy I really liked at the time. I was out shopping when the text came in, and I immediately bought into it replying all smiley and excited and flirty, strolling around the mall with this big silly smile on my face. We chatted for a bit then came the plot twist: “I’ve always liked that friend of yours [her own name], think you could set me up with her?”
I got salty and replied: ” Well why don’t you ask her out yourself?” To which she said : “And how exactly do I ask myself that?”
Me: “…What?”
Then she sent me a selfie of herself š I just stood there in the middle of the mall, face burning, definitely getting looks from strangers cause I can’t even imagine what kind of expression I had š She started flooding me with texts like “I’m sorry I’m SO SORRY please donāt kill me.” But I let her fear marinate before I replied: ” Just make sure youāre not home when I get back. For your own sake. ”
I took my sweet time getting back home and when I did it was like a movie scene: I opened the door all slow and dramatic, she was getting a snack from the kitchen and when she saw me she froze in her place . We locked eyes for a few seconds then she screamed and ran to the other room shutting the door behind her like it was a horror movie š
So yeah I guess it was a bit cruel if you think about it but when I got past the shock I got over it pretty quick, especially after seeing her reaction, I felt like Micheal Meyers at that moment LMAO

My mechanic friend connected my car’s horn to the brakes… every time I stepped in the brake, the horn went off. Friend had a switch built in to shut it on and off.
I still owe him.
It wasnāt a prank on me but the most memorable prank I have ever been a part of is when I was in high school.
I wouldnāt doubt that this prank has been done plenty of times before but on the last day of class we released 3 chickens to run wild in the school. We put vests on them marking them with the numbers 1, 2, and 4.
They spent an embarrassing amount of days looking for the third chicken that never existed.
On the last day of school a dude on the football team pranked me by filling my locker with condom balloons.
On April fools I went to use the sink for some reason. When I turn on the sink the sprayer thing sprayed water in the face and the wall. It’s a prank.
My friend convinced me she had a little brother years into our friendship . Got our whole friend group to go along, as well as her parents. I knew something was up but they were all so adamant, I couldnāt believe everyone was lying. Eventually I figured it out but it lasted to close to a year. Honestly very impressive

I was the prankster growing up, one of my earliest pranks in 4th grade was directed towards my friend.
In the 4th grade I convinced a friend of mine that I was an extraterrestrial from Mars, I even made an entire backstory as to why I was an alien living on Earth.
I told him that my human self is just a disguise, he then asked me to show my alien form as proof. I told him that I couldnāt because my alien form emits too much radiation that is too dangerous for humans.
Yet, he still bought it, and believed it for the better part of 2 and a half years.
Iirc, I donāt think I ever came clean about what I was saying was just a joke. I think I just went with it for as long as possible until I forgot all about it lol
In 7th grade science class, some kids poured a handful of itching powder down the back of my shirt. It was AWFUL. I’ll never forget it. This was 25 years ago.
I have two:
High school friends came by my house late one night and drew a huge penis on my windshield of my truck with shoe polish, put a big circle where the driver’s side was and pointed to me and put “I SUCK C**K!”. They all knew I had to drive to work early the next morning and I couldn’t be late so I had to just drive like that as is, I didn’t know it was there until I got in the truck and put it in drive. I was 17, it was a Saturday morning.
Working construction when I was around 21, some co-worker during break tied a string to one of those hand-held air horns to the inside of the door of the work truck. Asked me to go get something out of the work truck so when I pulled the door it triggered this loud 120 decibel air horn pointed right at me. Scared the absolute crap out of me.
Good times. Can’t complain, just think back and laugh. I’m in my mid 40’s now so long time ago.
We had an annoying coworker. One time before we left for xmas break we put a piece of shrimp in his desk. Stunk like crazy.
Another time we moved his desk an inch a day for a month.
A friend I worked with pranked me after I sassed him by parking his car and another coworkers car so close to mine, I couldnāt open the driver or passenger side doors. I was caught by them both trying to enter my car from my trunk, to go home for the night š it was really funny, when I realized I couldnāt enter my car, I was frustrated but not mad. I didnāt even know what cars my coworkers drove, but everyone knew my car, and where I liked to park. It was a really funny prank!
When I was in middle school, someone told me they heard we were getting uniforms. I was seething about it all day and loudly complaining about it… Not realizing it was April fool’s day š¤¦š¼āāļø lol
