For us, it has to be Jalisco. It looks so normal, save for the weird-ass northern bit. It is inaccessible by road from the rest of the state.
Oh and as a side note, fuck you Zacatecas. Due to your freaky little tendrils, we lost access to a border with Durango and one with SLP.

If you mean geographically then Bolívar is the right answer. It’s one of the biggest states in the country, but it’s sparsely populated. It has some of the weirdest-looking mountains in the world, like for example the tepuys. Big. tall formations that somehow are completely plain at the summit.

Oh and for clarification, I mean the division’s political boundaries.
We don’t really have meu, I guess Rondônia has this little arm that lets them touch acre and minas gerais has a big nose. But they are honestly not that weird. I honestly find our state borders pretty satisfying. São Paulo state really loves its shape. It’s pretty symmetrical so a pattern was made with it and you can find this pattern everywhere, especially in sidewalks.

They all look good and logical in my opinion but If have to pick one i’ll pick Rivas(the one in the left at the south) because of the weird panhandle between Costa Rica and Lake Cocibolca/Nicaragua. And also the island of Ometepe belongs to the this department who has an already “weird” shape.
