Frosted flakes? Nothing special but a corn based standard. Cheerios? Delicious oaty goodness. Lucky charms? Wonderful oats again. Rice Krispies at least have an auxiliary use in dessert. But frosted mini wheats? Cardboard with a sprinkle of sugar to pretend.

Our family keeps raisin bran as a compromise: sweet enough for a sweet tooth, nutritious enough for a health nut. It’s wheat based.
They taste good they just make me use the restroom a lot💔.
I prefer shredded wheat without frosting or sugar.
