I wanted to be a superhero. I used to jump around my living room in my Red Power Ranger halloween costume with my security blanket tied around my neck as a cape, blaring Jukebox Hero by Foreigner on repeat.
Elementary school teacher, nothing I just wanted to have fun, P.E. teacher for elementary school, Nothing again I wanted to exercise every single day, Fire fighter
Oddly, a pharmacist. I thought the drug packaging in little containers was fun. Oh and the compounding of creams. Idk why my ambitions as a child were odd. I feel weird that I didn’t wanna be a ballerina or something lol.
I started telling everyone I was going to be an artist when I was about two. A professional artist. It was all I ever wanted to be. My mother said I couldn’t do that but it would be a good hobby.
I was always looking for ways to sell art, (I started making jewelry in my mid teens) and all my teachers told me I was going to have to teach.
After my first husband and I divorced( he thought art was a nice little hobby), I started doing wall murals and hand painted furniture through an antique store . I did that, and stained glass, professionally for almost 30 years.
As a toddler a fire truck was the dream. Then as a kid I wanted to be a marine biologist specializing in great white sharks migratory habits. As a teen I wanted to run a record store/bakery. Now it’s just what ever helps pay the bills
Art teacher and then an archeologist then a horse trainer then a physical therapist then a tattoo artist. Now I do tech stuff lol. I still want to be an archeologist. Maybe someday…
A Temptation or a Supreme. Stay with me here lol I was about five when one of my grandparents retired. I didn’t know what that meant so when the adults explained it to me I had this lightbulb moment! One day they would have to retire and then I could do that job 😂 I had high ambitions!
Veterinarian.
I remember being in preschool and saying I wanted to be a vet. I did one year studying to be a vet tech. It wasn’t for me. I guess I wanted to be friends with them more than opening them up…
A lawyer because my parents told me I’d be good at that. It wasn’t until later in life I realised it was a snark comment at how many questions I asked and my difficulty in going along with things that didn’t make sense to me.
I first wanted to be a veterinarian, but then I didn’t want to think about animals being hurt, so… then, I wanted to be a Chemist, so I could make things explode. Then I wanted to be a teacher, and now I’m an aspiring actress.
A nurse, but then I realized I can’t stand the sight of blood or seeing people in pain. Not even on TV! By the time I was 12, I knew I wanted to be an accountant, and I am.
A ton of different stuff that im too embarrassed too admit here. The only one that isnt ridiculous is Anthropologist which i settled on at 8. Only issue is i dont have the money or the ability to go through school without getting upset
