Where to meet people? 20M
Hello, I’m a young adult living in Hamilton Ontario, I M20 am in between college programs right now, and have always been the introverted type. I’ve never been in any type of relationship, and my main problem is I have no idea where to find women my age. I don’t really get out much, but even dating apps from my limited experience feel very superficial.
Some other things about me, I don’t drink or smoke, and I feel very out of place at large social gatherings, ex: parties, dances ext.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Like saying I am thirsty but I am not into drinking water. You are giving yourself the answer, social gatherings are exactly for meeting people. Also you don’t need to smoke or drink to meet someone.

If you’re not willing to embrace the superficial apps, this will have to change.
Join a church and get active in it. Get a job. Hang out in bars. Start going to a gym and sign up for classes. Join a theater group.
Cultivate a hobby that women tend to enjoy. That last part is key. Not every hobby is built the same. For example, I enjoy Magic the Gathering. I am under no illusions that I’m likely to find the future Mrs. General-Zombie5075 at a magic event. Yeah, it COULD happen but the numbers are against me.
