Where’s the line drawn between men who are “niceguys” and vent about unhealthy relationships, and men who vent about dating difficulties in a healthy way?

We all know about the “nice guys” who complain about women not dating them. However, I see others express frustration about how difficult dating can be. And curious if where’s the line is drawn between men complaining about women in a misogynistic way and men who are simply venting about the challenges of dating. Where should that line be drawn?
