I always found Biker Mice from Mars pretty lame. I couldn’t take them seriously with the buff bodies but danger mouse heads. And the villains were too clownish to be cool. But most boys in my neighborhood collected the action figures. I was too busy watching Gargoyles, now that was a bad ass kids’ show .
Power Rangers was stupid. I grew up watching Jackie Chan movies and the fight scenes were poorly cheoreographed. Even Three Ninjas had better fight scenes. I also saw the Asian version, which was a lot better. The US remake was just embarrassing.
Darkwing Duck. I didn’t get it. I loved Ducktales but this show was like a big meh to me.
Barney and Friends. Even at 6, I hated that Purple Dinosaur. It talked down to kids and it treated us like idiots. What 12 year old is singing and clapping Bingo is his Namo? And Baby Bop got on my nerves. Sesame Street actually bothered to teach us stuff and it had Grouch and Big Bird and Bert and Ernie. And Kermit would show up sometimes.

Hanna-Barbera cartoons, especially Scooby Doo.
God I hate Scooby Doo so goddamn much.
Um… The fight scenes in Power Rangers are Asian. (Well, assuming you’re talking about the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.) They used Asian battle clips with American clips of other stuff. That was possible thanks to the suits hiding the Rangers’ faces.
I was never was a fan of Thundercats. I always saw it as a ripoff of He-Man, which I absolutely loved back then.
Fanboy and Chum Chum, even as a 9 year old I found it extremely annoying
