As the title says I feel good af, I never worked this long and yeah just feel pretty good. Came out the building dark outside and was just like wow, life is beautiful, is this normal? 18m btw
Why do I feel euphoric after a 13hour shift?

Yes, it’s normal! That euphoric feeling is likely a mix of adrenaline, dopamine, accomplishment, and exhaustion your brain rewarding you for pushing through. It’s like a natural high after a challenge. Just don’t burn yourself out chasing it too often
Same here, I usually get that euphoric “I’m alive and everything’s amazing” feeling after a long shift, but then I crash hard afterward. It’s like your body rewards you for surviving the grind with a mini high before reality hits. Totally normal due to stress hormone and noradrenaline, dopamine effect…just be ready for the fatigue later.
normally that happens when im manic lol
It’s the rush of generating shareholder value my dude
I think its pretty normal. Personally, it doesnt happen when i do longer shifts, but on almost any day i actually get to do something. Usually i am just wasting away at work, but on days we actually work, i feel great afterwards. Its also physical work, if it matters
