Why do people think that blasting loud music in public is socially acceptable?

And how are their ears not permanently damaged from this?

What’s weird is that it’s almost always the same shitty type of music to. I never see people blasting classical music.

    as a person who is blasting music whenever I’m in the car alone, I can tell you:

    1. I do it because i like feeling the music
    2. the loud music blocks out the voice of the asshole that lives in my head
    3. it makes dealing with the other drivers a little more tolerable

    Yeah my hearing is perm damaged from literal decades of blasting music directly into my head. No I don’t give a shit because they’re isn’t much going on that i want to hear anyway.
