Lately, i realized that I tend to avoid making my own opinions, and usually just follow the majority of opinion, and frankly, my opinions change quite easily, even after believing in it after months. Not that I want to do so, i just can’t form them myself, and usually just take what’s popular and be so.
The only opinions I am able to form is like… musically, movie-wise, and that’s about it. Like, sometimes, i can enjoy and have an opinion that a movie is enjoyable, despite the majority of cinemagoers finding it bad and uninteresting.

You don’t need to be hard stuck on any opinion. Things always change. If the topic is important to you, attack it at all angles, look at all perspectives. See what aligns with your values. When you make a decision, let it get challenged (in a healthy way) and see if you still feel the same.

From the few bits of info, you seem to be more of a creative person than a logical/rational one (like INTP, INTJ). Forming opinions, ideally, is done after getting a decent exposure to the related facts, and then adding some thinking time to them to understand the whole thing.
Maybe it’s not for you, but maybe you could put more focus into doing those. Gather the relevant info, analyze it, form an opinion
Sounds like you may feel like youve made a few decisions in your past that have made you second guess yourself and have started accepting outside opinions and advice that may lead you to a happier place in hopes that you dont shoot yourself in the foot.
You may have made a bad decision but we fall to learn how to pick ourselves up, things dont happen to you they happen for you.
Listen to some kevin gates lol he helps me when im down. He keeps it real about things and while he was in prison he got his masters in psychology so he’s the farthest from an ignorant person who just makes rap music. To each their own on genre though.
Dont second guess yourself, sometimes even though we idealize thing and think about the should coulda woulda, most of the time we went with our gut for a reason because if it truly feels right you dont second guess you just know. Kinda like when your walking on a sidewalk vs in the woods with thorns around
