I was saddened today to hear that Wink died. I grew up watching him and loved his demeanor and affability. I hope he had a great life and I’m happy he lived to 91. Why now do we celebrate him? We could have put him on a pedestal years ago and maybe that would have invigorated his career! I wish we focused more on the living than the dead.
