Generally speaking, those from the southeastern states, as this is traditionally known as “The Bible Belt”. Only the panhandle of Florida is included in this broad generalization.
Primarily the south, but conservative people exist in every state. Even states that invariably vote democrat still have lots of conservative people, they’re just in the minority. There are pockets of California, for example, that are ultra conservative, and while Colorado has been a safely blue state for several election cycles now, pretty much anywhere that isn’t the Denver metropolitan area is going to trend more, not less, conservative; it’s just that the Denver metro area comprises like 70% of the entire population of Colorado.
Basically, it’s not so much about which states have conservative people. It’s more that urban centers tend to be heavily liberal, even in solid red states like Texas; suburban areas can be a mix, and rural areas tend to lean strongly conservative.
Its not as much an area thing as lifestyle? Family status? Basically, conservitive women tend to be home owners, married, and have children, often all three. This is true with everyone, but it’s particularly true with women.
Women in rural areas of all states are generally much more conservative than those who live in urban areas. A majority of women in rural areas of the south and midwest are conservative, or at least vote for conservative candidates. I live in a rural area of the midwest and more than 85% of voters in my county voted for Trump in 2020 and more than 86% voted for Trump in 2024. I can’t find a breakdown of votes by gender, and the number of conservative men might be a bit higher than women, but there doesn’t seem to be much difference.
People tend to get married, live together, have children, etc. in all SORTS of places in the country. I think you might mean something a bit more specific than that?
in america, conservative means violent bigot under the guise of christianity. so, count the churches. higher the density of churches, the more violent bigots.
I think it’s hilarious that people keep saying South and skipping upper midwest, the Great Plains, and Upper Rockies. Also, as usual, you don’t include Black people because you always ignore how many of us live in the South and don’t know us in any context. So many conservatives in Iowa. The Dakotas. Montana.Wyoming. Utah. Idaho. Outside the biggest cities, Oregon, Washington, Michigan. Wisconsin. There are whole sundown towns in many of these states.

Type MAGA into Google and you’ll see a map I’m sure.

Either deep in the inner/working class of most cities and deep into corn country.
Just look at this list and it’ll pretty much give you your answer: https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/least-educated-states
southeastern states.
alabama, mississippi, louisina, the carolinas, parts of Tennessee.
all states have pockets of this, but also all states have areas that are moving away from this.
Look at last US election results by county. The ones who are very very red are probably the ones who have a traditional ideology

Utah
In the poorest, most remote areas.

I get what you’re trying to say, but urban and suburban women can also be conservative
Like most said, the south but I’d also toss in Utah to that list.
Every state and city has conservative and liberal women
Mountain West (Wyoming, Idaho, Montana)
Utah (Definitely #1 because of Mormons)
South
Rural Midwest
Mississippi delta for Black folk who are rural and socially conservative.
Basically every rural area outside of New England.
