A solo trip somewhere peaceful or near a beach, good coffee in the morning and zero responsibilities for the day. Just me, myself, and chill.

My friend’s boyfriend rented her a bounce house for her 30th birthday party

A trip. Local getaway or otherwise. Something fun and maybe crank up the luxury dial. That could be a local cabin getaway, a trip to somewhere warm with beaches or somewhere from their bucket list of places. If possible, make it a little upper scale. Women in their 30s transition into a different era that culture shines a spotlight on. Depending on the woman, she may be mourning her 20s, concept of “youth” or grasping that her life isn’t what she imagined at 30. Or the woman is excited for this new chapter to finally feel like an “adult”. Either or, a trip will celebrate her in a different way that will help either approach. My 30th was a week after COVID. The next year, I was gifted a “re-do” to Napa Valley. I had strong feelings about my 30s and that trip was just the right amount for me to celebrate properly

My husband arranged a girls weekend trip for me, he even arranged for my sister to fly in from Germany to celebrate.

I turned 30 in March 2020. I went on a cruise and came back to the pandemic. I’m also a nurse so… it was not a great start to my thirties lmao

I like to go away for my birthday, even if it’s just a few days. I also really appreciate going out to a good dinner and indulging in steak or seafood. But honestly, the older I get, the less I care about my birthday. I’m just really thankful for my health, my awesome husband/family, and my cats! 🥳

My mom and husband took me on my first all inclusive vacation for my 30th. It was a great time! (We went to Mexico)

I went to mexico lol! But in terms of a general gift, i’d love a spa package

I think everyone has a preference. I think if someone just planned something for me, that would be such a cool gift in itself. I am hyper independent so I usually have to plan my own bday cause no one ever plans stuff for me. So if I want to celebrate it, I have to plan it. Soooooo I think if someone told me that they had something planned for me, that alone would be such a great gift because I feel cared for and I didn’t have to ask (wasn’t ever going to ask lol)

Solo or couples trip to an all inclusive resort by the beach. Spend a couple days there eating, drinking, taking yoga classes, sauna, steam room, massage, spa days, and swimming and laying by the pool.

For someone to do all the planning and make it so that I didn’t have to plan anything or make any decisions all day.

No asking if I want cake or where I want to go to dinner – just make a plan for me and execute it.

I bought myself a KitchenAid. It was a pretty perfect present, even if I bought it myself.

£1 million. Failing that, a silk bedsheet go go with the silk duvet and pillow covers I got for my birthday/Xmas a few years ago.

I’m only 21 but probably a generous amount of money?
It would be perfect for all the others birthdays too, I’m not one for surprises, heck—I have a list of things I want in case people want to give me a birthday present.
Money allows you to have control over what the gift you give yourself with the help of others would look like—which I think is really nice.

    30th, dinner with friends?

Spa day with massage, facial and pedicure.

    A nice weekend getaway.

$500 paid off my student loans.

Sky diving. It was a blast

Can I tell you the perfect gift for my upcoming 43rd?

A hotel room with an over the top incredible bath tub. I’m obsessed with really decadent bags and live in a small apartment with a tiny tub. I want the works – the kind of tub you step up just to sink in, candles, a window with a garden view or stars for miles, quiet music, fresh flowers, fluffy oversized towes for when I finally crawl out.

My then-boyfriend proposed to me about five minutes before it hit midnight for my birthday last month. Made me very, very happy. We hope to get married legally in a few months.

    Not a concussion. Trust me.

I think a spa day would have been lovely.

I would love a weekend away with my husband somewhere intimate and peaceful that he planned all by himself. Preferably with meals chosen a ahead of time whether it’s groceries brought and cooked by him or nice restaurants in the area.

    Also a sword.

I just turned 30 in June and my husband surprised me at this beautiful park nearby with my close friends and family. We had yard games, food, drinks, and just quality time with the people I love most.

He also made a compilation video which he showed me later that night, just him and I. It was clips of my family home movies of videos of me as a newborn, toddler, getting older.. it was so sweet and made me cry. He put a lot of time and effort into that.
