By thinking it through and realising that if I’m too busy worrying about what other people think of me, then probably so are they, and also we’re all just here to move fast and/or lift heavy shit, so…
I realized that everyone is there for the same reason- we all want to better ourselves. So if someone wants to judge me, that’s really a problem with them, not with me. The main reason I stopped going was that I was being stalked. A man would sit outside the gym and “pspspsps” at me and say “hey kitty-kitty, c’mere”- and I just couldn’t take it and started doing my workouts at home.

If I paid my money to use a service, there is no time to worry about if people are judging me.
