I play solo games. Because it’s harmless, escapist fun. Also because my real life sucks, and I can’t fix any of the problems, but in other worlds I can kill dragons and solve the world’s problems.
My guy friends who live in another city. It’s a great way to catch up. We play games but also talk about work, relationships, hobbies, health.. Just life. I love it
Mostly solo games, but I started marvel rivals and I joined an all women marvel rivals discord server for that. Or I play multiplayer games with people already on my friends list
Mostly solo games or online with friends, but my husband plays games too and generally we are in the same room or the couch.
We don’t always like the same types of games so it works for us. He is more of a shooter/assassin game player and I prefer strategy and city builders or world of warcraft for example.
With myself, with my partner, with my partner’s friends, and other times, on Val only, with randoms online (I only befriend chill people)
I had a couple IRL I used to play with, but not anymore. I had a falling out with 1 who I just recently reconciled with, but our schedules are so different and we’ve acknowledged our friendship would never be the same as it used to be. I’ve been wanting to ask her to play val again, but have been too scared to lol. Another friend ditched the friendship due to her insecurities. And one of my close friends is on the other side of the world, have different schedules, so we barely have time to play anymore :/
I’ve been trying to find people who’d stick for good, but it’s super hard 😭
Mostly solo, used to game online with a group but we all got older (Mostly me because I had kids). Sometimes I play co-op with hubby or the kids. Sea of Thieves and Minecraft were our faves during Covid.
I play either solo, with my husband (because we enjoy doing our hobbies together and both always have been huge gamers), or with a close friend I really like spending time with.
I play games that can be played solo but there are some aspects that need a group for boss kills. I have a group of friends from UK and Europe who are half my age and we talk in vc on Discord every day.
I play war thunder with my brother. But less frequently now because he is in the actual air force of my country. It was a wonderful way to connect with him! I am super shy IRL and there’re very few activities which we could do together. But we both love planes especially fighters!
Saw this ad about a game on some yt video and downloaded it. It was very fun still on sundays we sometimes will play together in a squadron! Or a custom game.
I love the spitfires!
I’ve made a couple online friend groups over the years, two major ones from WoW and from DBD. I enjoy playing some online competitive/co-operative games with randoms. I play cozy/Co-op games with my IRL friends. My favourite genre is survival crafting and I’ve joined a few communities with servers for those. I used to play with my little brother before he died last year, still coming to terms with the fact I won’t be doing that anymore.
I play on my own or co-op with my boyfriend. I used to play a ton of multiplayer games, but ever since dedicated servers stopped being a thing its gotten harder and harder to interact with the gaming “public”.
The amount of absolutely vile & disgusting things that are said just make it no fun to play multiplayer anymore.
Half the time I play single player games but the other half is with my husband. We’ve been playing together at least once a week for coming up on 15 years now 🙂
Alone, because the games I like best are single-player (and because that way I don’t have to deal with 14-year-old idiot randoms making poor attempts at sexually harassing me).

Solo, every time. Organising with people takes energy and everyone is busy, and it sure is nice to be able to pause.
I play single player games. I don`t want to interact to others much.

It’s our way of enjoying our hobby together.
Mostly with my bestie, but also alone… and occasionally with my ex.
