I don’t actively practice it. I hear it often enough, since most of the movies/TV series I watch are in English, and I speak it often enough due to having friends from other countries who do not speak my native tongue.
The same I practise Spanish and German: watching YouTube documentaries under the disguise I am actually doing something useful, while my dishes are waiting for me.
On a more serious note: I regularly do some exercises and I tend to do a lot of flashcards. The latter helps a lot with orthography, and thus pronunciation. I don’t have flashcards for English though. Most of those lists are way too simple or tend to contain words that are barely used.
I do want to look for a language buddy, to actually speak with, but my schedule and personal issues make that difficult at the moment.
i have a technical background so some of our courses were in english, you become used to it. Then i give myself a reddit addiction to be more comfortable with english. But yes i’m not the better at english, especially when it come to speak because i can’t practice with people that speak properly.
Luckily, I’ve been living abroad for few years now hence I was able to practice. Some work needed on the grammar though. I also listen to a lot of podcasts in English.

I watched a lot of English language YouTube when I was 10, like Minecraft mod showcases and Sonic the Hedgehog cutscenes
