also, what is “the photo of a Native American person.” there are uh… lots of photos of Native Americans from all of their nations across North America.
I don’t know exactly what you’re asking but judging by the phrases you use I’m guessing yes, it would be deliberately disrespectful to Americans in general. Though perhaps we could put a Native American on another piece of currency.
