Would it ever be legal for patients buy and sell organs in the U.S.?

The hypothetical ideation would allow people to choose their death, donate organs, and save those who need an organ transplant to live.

There will continuously be people who want to voluntarily end their lives. The only painless way seems to be via euthanasia, which is not only very inaccessible for most but it’s also reserved for those who meet specific conditions in countries where it’s legalized.

There will also continuously be people waiting for organs in the country who want to keep living by receiving an organ transplant.

There are moral and ethical conflicts for those administering and being involved in the process of assisting in one’s death, probably many laws correlated to murder and accompanying the act. But one party wants to die early and donate their organs. Another party wants to live and needs organs that may or may not come their way. Wouldn’t this be a win-win outcome for the parties directly involved, the donor and buyer? So wouldn’t this being legal help these people?
