You can watch the street fight, but I don’t understand why some people are adding fuel to the fire, by making comments “

r/

I’ve noticed this recently, and people don’t seem to notice, but the fight videos always go on longer because there’s an audience making random comments like:
” beat his as* ” ” oohhh nice hit ” ect..

Did you think this is against the law?

Are you under the impression that people used to treat street fights like the Masters?

While what the audience is saying is bad advice, it’s not against the law. It’s the people in the fights’ choice to actually do what the audience is asking.

    Incitement, maybe?

I was ready to post about how cheering on dangerous violence so you can have some entertainment is garbage behavior. Then I remembered how excited I was for Bud and Canelo in September and I decided not to bounce any stones off my walls, if you know what I mean.

I’ve never been in a street fight but I was in plenty of fights in highschool. My friends and I also had boxing gloves and Fight Club was popular, so we often had boxing matches on the weekends. During real fights I can’t remember ever hearing or acknowledging anyone in the crowd, I was trying not to get punched in the face. Even in boxing matches where it was just friends and nobody was going to get really hurt, it wasn’t until after you fought a few times that you could actually pay attention to what your friends were saying. That was always simple stuff, like move your feet, keep your hands up or watch that hook. Unless you really know what you’re doing I can’t imagine anybody in a real street fight being able to hear anything over their own adrenaline pumping. You get tunnel vision bad.

Its like cheering for your team in your favorite sport. Sometimes you just get immersed into the action. Going 1 mph over the speed limit while driving is against the law too, don’t pretend its automatically some giant sin to violate a random petty law.

i always kinda hate on these types of videos where nobody intervenes when the aggressor is hitting the victim or harrassing the victim, but as soon as the aggressor is down and the victim is getting some kicks in, everybody suddenly grows a spine and splits it up.
