I don’t know. I have interests like say I want to play piano but like I don’t have the time and money for it since I come from a poor background.
So like ok, this is temporary, I’d prolly work and then I’ll finally have money.
But like what if by that time I’m just too busy and tired? What then is the point?
I don’t know.

What’s stopping you from finding ways to doing those hobbies?
There is not shame in taking time off better to do that than burn out
Most of life is about timing. Some opportunities line up and a lot don’t.
I would love to travel the world on a bicycle, but I never even heard of such a thing until I was older and had a family. That’s just how it is.
I’m experiencing the same thing for me it’s either time, money or health and I have reached a point where I’m just selling off everything and going minimal lifestyle
Worrying about falling out of love with something before you even have the chance to try it? That’s a waste of fuckin’ time man.
Comes and goes naturally… but if you are struggling to do anything you should think about talking to a councillor or your docs
Life happens used to love playing video games thought that there’s no way I’ll stop when I grow up now LOL haven’t played in years as times passes interest and responsibilities changes only time will give you the answer
I love watching anime and playing games. Sure there’s ups and downs to the motivation to do so, but that just means finding another show or game that catches my attention.
I know this may not be up your alley, but churches are almost always looking for skilled musicians (or better than bad). Could be a kind of fun outlet to get to play, and once they like you they just might let you sneak in other days to “practice”.
Life is not easy as a young person. You don’t understand the world or your place it in yet and you seldom have the resources to explore it to gain that understanding. Do everything you can to learn and work on improving yourself in every possible metric while you are young. You are setting yourself up for who you will be in the future. Try to find legal work arounds to end things happen for yourself. Life can get better if you work at it.
There’s nothing to “deal” with. Interests change over time. That’s normal and not a defect.
Just keep doing! Don’t let passion die because of X, Y, or Z. Money comes and goes, but once passion dies, depression sinks in. Taking a chance on something may lead to newly opened doors

I’ll admit, it is very difficult as a working adult to keep up with (or especially start) hobbies. And you’re right, you may never really have time or energy to set aside for those things. My advice would be this:
1.) give yourself grace. Life happens. No matter how hard you try sometimes, you’re just going to have more pressing priorities to dedicate your time to. With that being said, take time to check-in with yourself and make sure you’re meeting every need you have (which goes into #2);
2.) Keep a journal and set aside 5-10 min before bed to write something—anything—down each night. This will not only help you navigate whatever you’re going thru, it will keep you focused on what hobby/self-care item you want to do more of.
3.) it may be completely easy for you to learn piano, and if so that’s great! Part of being an adult is realizing that sometimes you won’t be able to learn that hobby you wanna learn more about—that doesn’t mean you should give up on the dream entirely. If you’re interested in piano, but can’t figure out where to start, go to your local symphony/philharmonic concerts. Stop by the free outdoor piano concerto the local university it putting on. Find little things you CAN do to feed that interest and keep your life fulfilled and inspired. Learn to enjoy life’s moments, and take time to let all of it in. Even in the darkest times, there is still so much to enjoy in life. You just have to let life in.
